Tour Hub
Our Wairarapa tour hub is Brackenridge Country Retreat & Spa, open from 10am-4pm on Friday 28th and Saturday 29th March. Here you’ll find our tour partners, NZ House & Garden merchandise and magazine subscription offers, and where you collect your pre-purchased lunch. Local caterers Trestle & Mortar will also be setting up a mini cafe onsite, with a variety of food and beverages available for purchase.

Tour Lunches
Take the hassle out of planning lunch on the day with our convenient pre-purchased lunches.
Whether you’re planning a picnic stop along the way or making the Tour Hub your lunch stop, our freshly made lunch boxes offers a selection of delicious and locally produced meals. Our Wairarapa tour caterer is Trestle & Mortar, you’ll find the menu below and can add this to your ticket at check out.
Option 1 - Chicken
Roast chicken club sandwich, goats cheese and spinach tartlet, chocolate fudge brownie & seasonal fruit.
Option 2 - Classic
Gourmet egg and bacon pie with pear & date chutney, with a orzo, cherry tomato, roasted aubergine and courgette salad, caramel oat slice & seasonal fruit.
Option 3 - Dietary Friendly (Vegan)
House-made falafel, hummus, focaccia with a Greek salad of cucumber, tomato, peppers, olives and vegan feta, caramel slice & seasonal fruit.
Option 4 - Picnic Box for 2
Champagne ham and Dijon mustard filled mini croissants, pumpkin & feta frittata, dips and house-made seed crackers, chocolate fudge brownie & seasonal fruit.
Option 5 - Picnic Box for 4
Cured meats, cheeses, dips, house-made seeded crackers & focaccia, Greek salad of cucumber, tomato, peppers, olives and feta, fruit cake & seasonal fruit.

We suggest booking accommodation in a central location so that you are close to amenities and can then drive to the houses in the surrounding areas. The Wairarapa tour will be centered around Martinborough, Featherston and Greytown.
